Q. Are signatures required for all Vitalize deliveries?
A. For enhanced security, signature confirmation is required for all orders over $100. This ensures that your valuable purchases are delivered directly to you or someone you trust. Orders under $100 are shipped without a signature requirement but are still carefully handled to ensure safe delivery.
Q. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

A. Our Vitalize products are manufactured in the USA using premium, globally sourced ingredients. Our manufacturing facility is NSF certified, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety in production, in addition to being GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant. Additionally, our products are produced in a UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified facility that passes rigorous evaluations and meets established standards.
Q. Are your products vegan or vegetarian, and do they contain any preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors?
A. Our Vitalize products do not contain any preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. While not all of our products are vegan, most of them are either vegan or vegetarian. Please review the product descriptions and ingredients list on our website to determine if a specific product meets your dietary preferences.
Q. Are your products free of major food allergens?
A: Yes, our Vitalize products do not contain common food allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat (gluten), and soybeans. Although our facility isn't certified peanut/tree nut-free, we don't process these allergens and follow strict procedures to prevent any cross-contamination. Q. Which supplements from your website can or cannot be combined, and are there any general guidelines to follow?
A. Although it's always best to consult a healthcare professional before combining supplements, some general guidelines for our products include:
- B-Complex 100 and Methyl B-12 Lozenges: B-Complex already contains B-12, so additional B-12 supplementation may not be necessary. Check dosages and consult a healthcare professional.
- Magnesium Glycinate and Algae-Based Calcium: These supplements can compete for absorption. It might be better to take them at different times of the day.
- Melatonin and L-Theanine: Both have calming effects and may be used for sleep support. Talk to a healthcare professional to determine if you should take them together or separately.
- Iron and Calcium: Calcium may interfere with iron absorption, so it is generally recommended to take these supplements at different times of the day.
