Shipping Methods
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments. The appropriate shipping method is automatically selected at checkout based on your package's weight and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Signature Requirement
For added security, a signature is required upon delivery for orders over $100.
Tracking and Updates
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take time to update, and occasional carrier delays may occur.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery typically ranges from 3–5 business days, depending on USPS guidelines. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Vitalize cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations or U.S. territories. We appreciate your understanding.
